Have you ever had a problem downloading any films? *

Most films are password protected. You will usually need the download code to download the film. The code will look like:
User ID: TERAZ316
Password: TERAZ438
It is NOT the same as your store account log in code which consists of your email and a password that you created.
When you left click the "Left Click Open" button that opens an html link - where you will see the film link plus more. Sometimes you will be asked if you want to save the link or open it. Choose OPEN. This will automatically open in your browser. If the file on your PC is only a few Kbs that means you download the HTML page instead of the film. The good news is that you can click on this file and it will open in your default browser and you can also use that to download the films.

How did you find the new (Store Key) log in [Some times the Store Key is switched off] *

Because of the extreme adult content on the site, we are testing a simple code system to stop the unsuspecting coming across the site by chance. These are responsible protocols even though it may affect business.

SOMETIME THE CODES ARE SWITCHED OFF
YOU CAN ANSWER MORE THAN ONE
